Frequently Asked Questions
What is included and not in my monthly service fee?
Your monthly service fee at Asbury Heights covers a wide range of essential services, providing convenience and peace of mind. All utilities, including water, gas, and electricity, are included in your rent, with the exception of phone and personal internet services. For residents living in our independent living apartments, studios, or suites, one meal per day is included in the monthly package, with additional meals available for purchase. Carriage Home and The Embassy residents do not have meals included in their package, but meal plans can be purchased if desired.
Housekeeping services are also part of your monthly fee. A housekeeper is available every other week to assist with cleaning, helping you maintain a comfortable and tidy living environment without any extra charges. This service ensures that you can focus on enjoying your time at Asbury Heights without worrying about daily chores.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, we welcome pets in Independent Living! We have a one time non refundable pet fee of $300.
